Private Chef & Catering services
I was mentored by Chef Victor De Guzman who helped me land my first private chef and catering clients at Rosedale Golf Club in 2019.
My first client was Richard M. Thomson, ex-CEO of TD, who we both shared loving ideas and memories of food.
Since then I have had the pleasure of serving other families & individuals while also working at various restaurants in Toronto, and currently, serving the Canadian Armed Forces.
Food and cooking goes beyond the plate: It is the land, the people, the history, the ideas, the agriculture and the practices that make up our one shared commonality- sustenance and nourishment.
Whether itโs a 4-8 course tasting menu or a daily feeding and meal plan, I would love to share the experience of food in our lives with you.
Whether its an Ostrich steak, bread made with Red fife flour, or some of the best butter in Ontario, found at St. Brigids Creamery- I would love to open up the wide variety and flavours of local farm organic ingredients to you.
